Onion Chutney Recipe is the lip smacking Chutney Recipe.It goes perfect along with Rotis/Chapatis/Parathas or Rice. It is simple tomake and can replace sabzis/Indian veg easily.

- 2 Onions chopped in long slices
- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- Corainder finely chopped
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
To start making the Onion Chutney Recipe, heat oil in a pan then add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, let them crackel.
Now add the sliced onions into the pan and saute it for 5-7 mins till it gets the light brown colour.
Once the onions are tender, add chopped green chilli and cook for another 5 mins. Keep tossing the onions in the pan so that it will not get burnt.
When the onions are soften well add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste and mix it well. Cook for 5 mins on low flame.
The chutney is ready. Garnish it with the chopped coriander and serve. It can be served as a sabzi along with Rotis/Chapatis/Bhakaris or Rice.
