Once boiled, keep stirring the milk till it thickens at a medium flame for approx. 35 mins.
Keep scratching from the bottom of the vessel, so the milk will not get burnt.
Cook till it gets thick, keep scratching the cream from the edges of the vessel too.
Once thickened, off the flame, and take off the Mawa/Khoya/Khawa from the vessel by scratching the base and let it cool. It gets more thick after cooling.
