  • 750 ml Milk

Instructions

  • To start making the Mawa/Khawa/Khoya Recipe, take a heavy based kadai and put it on flame. Now add milk in it and let it boil.
  • Once boiled, keep stirring the milk till it thickens at a medium flame for approx. 35 mins.
  • Keep scratching from the bottom of the vessel, so the milk will not get burnt.
  • Cook till it gets thick, keep scratching the cream from the edges of the vessel too.
  • Once thickened, off the flame, and take off the Mawa/Khoya/Khawa from the vessel by scratching the base and let it cool. It gets more thick after cooling.
